Job Summary
Per diem Home Infusion RN position providing direct patient care in home infusion settings, administering IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitoring patients during treatment, and performing ongoing assessments. Requires 1 year of home infusion experience, active RN license (compact state or applying state), valid driver’s license, BLS, strong clinical/assessment and medication administration skills, and excellent communication. Spanish-speaking/bilingual candidates encouraged. Located in Walsenburg, CO with in-person home-based visits; flexible schedule and referral bonuses offered.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
- Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you’re applying
- Valid driver’s license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
