Job Summary
Home Infusion RN – per diem providing direct patient care in the home setting. Administer IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitor patients during treatment, and perform ongoing assessments. Per diem schedule with flexible hours; interview process includes a phone screen and virtual interview with a clinical leader. Must have at least 1 year of home infusion experience, active RN license in a compact state or applying state, valid driver’s license, current BLS, strong clinical/assessment skills, medication administration proficiency, and excellent communication. Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply. Location: Castle Rock, CO (US).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
- Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you’re applying
- Valid driver’s license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
