Job Summary
Per diem Home Infusion RN providing direct patient care in the home, administering IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitoring and assessing patients during treatment, and collaborating with a clinical team. Requires active RN license (compact state or applying state), 1+ year home infusion experience, valid driver’s license, BLS, and strong clinical/assessment and medication administration skills. Spanish-speaking/bilingual candidates encouraged. Interview process includes a brief phone screen and virtual interview with a clinical leader.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
- Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you’re applying
- Valid driver’s license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Spanish-speaking and bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
