Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in the home setting, administering IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitoring patients during treatment, and performing ongoing assessments for per diem Home Infusion RNs. Requires active RN license, at least 1 year of home infusion experience, valid driver’s license, and current BLS certification. Strong clinical/assessment skills and proficiency in medication administration are essential; ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Interview process includes a brief phone screen and a virtual interview with a clinical leader.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
- Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you’re applying
- Valid driver’s license
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical and assessment skills
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
