Job Summary
Per diem Home Infusion RN providing direct patient care in patients’ homes, administering IV and subcutaneous infusions, monitoring during treatment, and performing ongoing assessments. Requires 1 year of home infusion experience, an active RN license in a compact state, valid driver's license, and BLS certification. Strong clinical/assessment skills and medication administration proficiency essential; ability to work independently and with a team. Spanish-speaking/bilingual candidates encouraged. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
- Active RN license in a compact state or the state where you’re applying
- Valid driver’s license
- Current BLS certification
