PRN Home Infusion Nurse

Licensed RN provides direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion site under a physician’s plan of care, with close supervision. Responsibilities include initiating and implementing nursing plan of care treatments, administering medications, educating patients and families, assessing patient needs, documenting in real time for billing and continuity of care, coordinating discharge planning, and supervising/paraprofessional oversight as applicable. Requires travel to patient homes, adherence to HIPAA and agency policies, and ongoing professional development. Preferred BSN and 1 year home health or acute care experience; licensure and CPR required; pay range reflects hourly rate with travel expectations.
