PRN Home Health RN – Refugio | Up to 120/Visit

Perform in-home patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and catheter management. Educate patients and caregivers on home safety protocols while monitoring progress and updating care plans. Complete timely and accurate documentation for each visit. This role offers a flexible, self-managed schedule with pay ranging from $50 to $120 per visit in Refugio and surrounding areas. Active Texas RN licensure is required, with home health or acute care experience preferred.
