Job Summary
Provide in-home skilled nursing care to patients in Dallas and surrounding areas on a PRN basis, including in-home assessments, developing and following individualized care plans, wound care, meds administration, catheter care, and chronic disease management. Educate patients and caregivers on home care and safety; monitor progress and update care plans; ensure timely documentation. Requires Texas RN license; home health/acute care experience preferred; strong clinical judgment, communication, and reliability. Kinnser/WellSky experience preferred. Travel to patient homes with own transportation and valid driver’s license. Pay per visit with flexible, self-managed schedule and autonomy.
