Job Summary
PRN Home Health RN position in Corpus Christi, TX offering one-on-one in-home patient care with a flexible, self-managed schedule. Responsibilities include in-home patient assessments, developing and following individualized care plans, providing skilled nursing care (including wound care, medications, catheter care, and chronic disease management), patient and caregiver education on home safety, progress monitoring, and timely documentation. Requires an active Texas RN license and reliable transportation to travel to patients’ homes. Experience with Kinnser/WellSky is preferred. Compensation is per visit with a range of $50–$120 per visit, reflecting a flexible, independent role as you deliver high-quality care in patients’ homes.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license (required)
- Home health or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Kinnser/WellSky experience (preferred)
