Job Summary
PRN Home Health PTA provides one-on-one physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist. You will assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance; monitor progress and report changes to the supervising PT; educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety; document visits accurately and timely; and support patient goals in a home setting. Must have an active Texas PTA license; home health experience is preferred. Strong communication and patient care skills, ability to work independently in patients' homes, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with Kinnser/WellSky EMR (preferred). Work is on the road across DFW and surrounding areas with a flexible, self-managed schedule.
