Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home physical therapy in patients' homes, evaluating patients and developing individualized therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence. Deliver in-home PT treatments, educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety techniques, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and complete accurate documentation. Work independently in a home setting with reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred. PRN position offering a flexible schedule with meaningful, patient-focused care and consistent patient volume in the DFW area.
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license (required)
