Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team. Deliver evidence-based interventions that restore movement, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Monitor progress, refine therapy plans, and ensure accurate, timely documentation of outcomes. Educate patients and families on exercise programs, adaptive techniques, and safe practices that promote independence. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care and smooth transitions throughout recovery. Lead by example by mentoring therapy assistants or students while upholding HCA Healthcare's values of excellence, compassion, and integrity. This PRN role requires a Licensed Physical Therapist with a Bachelor's degree and Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of start, with occasional/intermittent scheduling.
