Job Summary
Provide one-on-one in-home occupational therapy in patients' homes. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans; deliver in-home OT services; help patients improve ADLs, strength, coordination, and safety; recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications; educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve independence; monitor progress and adjust care plans; complete accurate and timely documentation. Must have active Texas OT license; home health experience preferred; ability to work independently in a home setting; strong communication and documentation skills; reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred. Pay up to $70 per visit. Flexible, self-managed schedule; independence in the field; meaningful, patient-focused care; consistent patient volume. Location: San Antonio, TX and surrounding areas (PRN, part-time).
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license (required)
- Home health experience preferred
- Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred
