Job Summary
PRN Home Health OT role providing in-home occupational therapy in Houston and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized OT treatment plans, delivering in-home OT services, improving ADLs and functional skills, recommending adaptive equipment and home modifications, educating patients and caregivers, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. Requires active Texas OT license; home health experience preferred; strong clinical judgment, independent work in a home setting, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience preferred.
