Job Summary
PRN Home Health Occupational Therapist provides expert therapeutic services to patients in their homes, conducts comprehensive assessments, designs and implements individualized therapy programs to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs, educates patients and families on techniques to improve daily living skills, collaborates with physicians and the healthcare team, maintains detailed patient documentation, and stays current with occupational therapy practices; travel to homes in the Southwest and North Las Vegas areas is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state where work is performed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
