PRN Home Health COTA - Washington, NC

Provide therapy services, vocational programs, and education activities delegated and supervised by a qualified Occupational Therapist in accordance with the patient's Plan of Treatment. Train patients and family members to manage retraining programs for dressing, feeding, grooming, and hygiene skills. Document observed information and progress reports in patient records and clinical notes. Participate in care coordination and discharge planning activities while acting as a resource to other health care personnel. Requires a current and unrestricted Occupational Therapy Assistant license in North Carolina, a valid driver's license with auto insurance, and CPR certification.
