Job Summary
Provide in-home nursing care to enable patients to remain at home; perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service; follow up for unskilled services; present educational in-service trainings; communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team; travel locally in your own vehicle with a valid driver’s license and appropriate automobile insurance; flexible PRN schedule with self scheduling, daily pay, mileage reimbursement, and benefits like 401K.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure
- Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
