PRN Home Health Aide position providing direct patient care under RN supervision in the patient's home. Required Qualifications
- Completion of Certified Home Health Aide Program
- 1 year of Home Health Aide experience in a home health agency
- Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance
- Good communication skills in English
- Proof of CPR and Hepatitis profile
- Aide Competency Evaluation Skills Checklist and Written Skills Test
