PRN Float RN Nights

PRN Float RN Nights position performing comprehensive nursing duties across various units, including critical care, OR services, NICU, telemetry, dialysis, cath lab, oncology, and specialty roles. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, administering medications and IV therapies, monitoring vital signs and equipment, providing life-support and emergency care (CPR, code team participation), coordinating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, developing and implementing individualized care plans, ensuring infection control and patient safety, educating patients and families, and maintaining thorough documentation. Requires 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience, NC licensure/compact state licensure, BCLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred. Education typically an associate degree; recognized as an entry-level to early-care RN role with a part-time, night-shift schedule in Foley, AL.
