Job Summary
Deliver high-quality health care in clinic and telehealth settings while meeting targeted patient volume goals. Lead clinic staff in behaviors and attitude to ensure excellent patient care, and actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and adhere to company values. Analyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide therapeutic recommendations. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients on treatment for acute and chronic conditions. Ensure accurate chart completion, maintain HIPAA compliance, and consult with patients through virtual channels. Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions, and support their training through job shadowing and coaching. Complete mandatory compliance training and monthly meetings with supervising physicians. Work flexible shifts, including 12-hour rotations every other weekend for full-time staff or minimum four shifts per month for PRN roles, with periodic on-call requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Active, in good standing, and verifiable License
- Active, in good standing, and verifiable DEA
- DOT certification to be obtained within 120 days of employment and maintained during employment
- Ability to treat all ages
- Minimum of 4 shifts per month
- 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- On call periodically throughout the year
- Level 1: New Grad with up to 1 years of experience as a nurse practitioner
- Level 2: Nurse practitioner with over 1 years of experience and less than 5 years of experience
- Level 3: Nurse practitioner with over 5 years of experience and less than 10 years of experience
- Level 4: Nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience
- Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician
- Knowledge of all health information management issues such as HIPAA
- Working knowledge of Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements
- Ability to comply with Company standards of operations

- Ability to consult with patients through virtual communication channels
- Ability to perform the physical, use of senses, cognitive, and environmental functions of the position

- Ability to pursue queue of telehealth patients in a timely fashion to ensure proper patient follow up
- Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests
- Responsibly prescribe medications
- Educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions
- Attest and follow clinical practice guidelines by the Office of Medical Affairs
- Ability to perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to be flexible to adapt to new technologies and protocols in a quickly evolving practice setting
- Ability to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
- Ability to provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth

- Ability to lead clinic staff in behaviors, actions and attitude
- Ability to discuss and review patients' medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications
- Ability to ask patients situation-specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses
- Ability to actively engage with clinical leadership
- Ability to ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely matter
- Ability to implement clinical and Telehealth protocols as outlined CMO and Supervising Physicians
- Ability to analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses
- Ability to deliver excellent patient care through in-patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations
- Ability to ensure that the activities of the Provider are conducted in a manner that is consistent with overall department expectations
- Ability to welcome new employees on their first day in the clinic
- Ability to actively assist new employees with learning activities and completing required training
- Ability to support new employee training by providing job shadowing, demonstration, and coaching opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees
- Ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees
- Ability to recommend ideas within the clinic and to telehealth leadership
- Ability to communicate regularly within team in all manners necessary to support excellent patient care
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned by management
- Responsible for learning the aspects of compliance in the company by completing all mandatory compliance training
- Ability to attend Mandatory monthly meetings with Supervising physicians and E/M training

- Must meet any credentialing requirements needed

Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred
