PRN Family Medicine Physician

Oversee and provide patient-centered comprehensive primary care services at the Health and Wellness Center, including performing episodic, preventive, and/or primary health care. Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, conduct physical exams, health-risk assessments, and history reviews, and provide referrals to appropriate medical resources or specialty providers as needed. Participate in the development of annual Health and Wellness Center goals and objectives while working in tandem with medical assistants, patient advocates, and the services director to ensure a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Support, lead, and model the vision, mission, and values of the company. Requires 1+ years post-residency experience, a current and valid state medical license, and board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine. Schedule includes as needed minimum 20 hours a month on-site plus Corporate Practice of Medicine.
