Job Summary
Design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs to support the successful onboarding of new employees. Ensure all new hires are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to integrate smoothly into the organization and perform their roles effectively. This role requires a Master's degree in a clinical therapy discipline, BLS certification, and two years of relevant experience in Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in a clinical therapy discipline (Speech-Language Pathology, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – Certification – American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
- Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
- Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP) - State license - North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists (NCBOESLPA)
- Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
- Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners (NCPT)
- Physical Therapist License (PT) - State license - Physical Therapy Compact Commission (PTCOMPACT)
- Occupational Therapist License (OT) - State license - Virginia Department of Health Professionals (VADHP)
- Occupational Therapist License (OT) - State license - North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy (NCBOT)
- 2 years of Speech Language Pathology or Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy experience
