Job Summary
PRN Dialysis Nurse provides direct hemodialysis care, supervises dialysis technicians, monitors patient response to dialysis and adjusts treatment plans as needed, educates patients on renal health and self-care, delegates tasks, ensures compliance with clinical standards, and maintains accurate electronic medical records. Requires RN license (state or compact), BLS, and dialysis experience; Ishihara color vision testing is required, with ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Role is in a Boston-area facility with on-site, non-remote duties.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current State appropriate or Compact RN License
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in any practice area
- Minimum of three (3) months of Dialysis experience required
- BLS Provider certification

- RN license (state-specific or compact)
- BLS certification
