Job Summary
Concerto is seeking a PRN Dialysis Nurse to supervise hemodialysis care and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Responsibilities include providing direct patient care, administering medications, educating patients, delegating tasks to dialysis technicians, monitoring treatment plans, maintaining accurate medical records, and collaborating with healthcare team members. The position requires a nursing license, relevant experience in dialysis, and BLS certification, focusing on compassionate care and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- Current State appropriate or Compact RN License
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in any practice area
- Minimum of three (3) months of Dialysis experience required
- BLS Provider certification
