Job Summary
PRN Dialysis RN at Rendevor Dialysis in Malvern, AR, delivers hemodialysis treatments with safe, high-quality care and utilizes assessment, technical, collaborative, documentation, and leadership skills. Works with the healthcare team and site management to coordinate care; maintains strong relationships with clients and staff. Requires Arkansas RN license, CPR, and English proficiency. Experience with hemodialysis RN preferred (1 year required). Scheduling includes a one-shift-per-month requirement at the Ouachita Correctional Center, with unit hours Mon/Wed/Fri 5:00 am–5:30 pm. This role is on-site at Malvern, AR and cannot be remote.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent
- Current RN License for Arkansas & current CPR certification (or within three months of hire)
- One year of Hemodialysis RN experience required (two to three years preferred)
