Job Summary
Oversee the operation and performance of dialysis treatment delivery within state/federal regulations; provide clinical oversight to staff and non-licensed teammates; ensure compliance with ESRD, CMS/HCFA, and infection-control policies; develop and monitor care plans based on comprehensive patient assessments; educate patients and families, coordinate care across settings, and participate in QAPI/IDT activities to improve patient outcomes; maintain on-call status as required and foster a safe, quality-driven unit culture.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN or MSN
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Current CPR certification (AHA BLS)
- 18 months of clinical nursing experience in dialysis within last 24 months
- English communication proficiency
- Computer proficiency
