Treat under supervision of Occupational Therapists by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for residents to improve cognitive and motor skills and enhance daily living activities. Implement these plans by providing residents with opportunities to practice and generalize learned skills. Accurately document resident progress, including treatment plans, evaluations, and daily notes. Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care. Requires current occupational therapy assistant licensure or certification in NM.
