PRN Cook

PRN Cook needed at Sunrise Meadows to ensure efficient, timely, and friendly service to residents and staff. Responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner; following recipes for consistent quality; maintaining sanitation and safety standards; assisting with stock procurement and rotation with the Food Service Director; ensuring meals meet dietary needs and are cooked to proper temperatures; maintaining production, temperature, and cleaning logs; contributing to menu item and recipe development; attending meetings and trainings; and performing other duties as assigned by the Food Service Director. The role emphasizes high standards of sanitation, compliance with HIPAA and Resident Rights policies, and respectful, quality dining experiences for residents.
