Job Summary
Concierge role in a senior living community focused on hospitality. You will meet and greet residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm, professional manner. Responsibilities include maintaining telephone coverage, resolving resident/guest/vendor issues, accepting packages and notifying residents, preparing maintenance work orders, and assisting the HR/Business Office Manager with projects. Requires a high school diploma or GED, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and strong telephone communication skills. This position emphasizes hospitality and senior engagement, and is part-time in Fort Worth, TX.
