Job Summary
Join Empath Health as a PRN CNA Field member responsible for performing personal care and home maintenance tasks as outlined in a written plan of care by a health professional. Recognize and report patient conditions to the nursing staff while maintaining confidentiality in patient interactions. Candidates must hold a valid CNA license and have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a long-term care setting, with the option for driving between facilities if selected.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Florida Board of Nursing certification (CNA License)
- Valid Florida State Driver’s License
- One to Three Years of training and/or experience
- One year of experience in a long term care facility strongly preferred
