Job Summary
Provide personal care by assisting elders with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor and document health changes while reporting them to the Wellness Team, and offer emotional support through active listening and companionship. Assist residents with meals and engage them in social and recreational activities to promote well-being. Maintain cleanliness through light housekeeping and communicate regularly with families, team members, and guests. This role requires a willingness to learn, strong verbal communication skills, and valid licensing documentation.
Required Qualifications

- ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English
- licensing documentation (if required by your state)
- ability to pass a criminal background check
