Job Summary
Provide support for adolescents with mental health and substance abuse issues; establish open lines of communication; enforce house rules; transport clients with company vehicle; supervise clients on outings; group facilitation; maintain cleanliness of facility; ensure necessary documentation is complete; 12 hour shifts across day/evening/night in Apache Junction, AZ. Roles involve hands-on care and coordination within Avery's House structured recovery housing; CPR/First Aid and TB testing may be required to obtain credentials; high school diploma or equivalent required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License in good standing
- Must be minimum 21 years of age
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug screening
- Must be able to climb up and down stairs, hills, bend and lift 25+lbs
