PRN Clinic RN

Perform general nursing care following established clinic workflows, including obtaining patient consent, documenting health history and vital signs, and executing prescribed treatments and medication administration. Educate patients and families on health status and management of acute or chronic conditions while participating in multidisciplinary teams to improve care processes. Track quality assurance data for acute and chronic care management, monitor treatment progress, and consult with physicians or community resources to resolve patient concerns. May act as team lead for other nursing staff. Requires current RN license, BLS certification, and ability to work Monday-Friday 8a-5p at Florence Family Clinic.
