Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions while promoting the physical and psychosocial well-being of seniors. Build meaningful relationships by learning life stories of residents and staff to create a comforting, engaging atmosphere. Collaborate with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, demonstrating C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence. Join a structured 9-month mentorship program with experienced therapy leaders to grow clinical and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Indiana
- Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence
- Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
