Job Summary
Implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician to deliver excellence in quality of care. Maintain current state licensure and complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure updates. Demonstrate excellent organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills while adhering to Functional Pathways policies and procedures. This role supports residents at The Cedars of Chapel Hill in a close-knit, resident-centered environment focused on innovation and professional growth within a nationally recognized Life Plan Community.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
