Job Summary
Implement the plan of care established by the OTR/L and physician to deliver excellence in quality of care. Maintain excellent organizational and time management skills while adhering to Functional Pathways policies and procedures. Complete all required screenings, certifications, and licensure as established by state and national board associations. Hold an active state license and an associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Required Qualifications

- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
