Job Summary
Provide quality nursing care in a long-term care environment under RN supervision. Responsibilities include individualized resident care aligned with care plans, assisting with grooming, bathing, hygiene, feeding, toileting and mobility, maintaining privacy and dignity, monitoring for changes in condition, documenting ADLs, reporting incidents, supporting a safe, clean environment, and assisting with care planning and QA/QI processes. Must hold a state-approved Nursing Assistant Certification and current CPR certification; role requires active engagement in resident rights, infection-control practices, and timely communication with charge nurses. Per diem CNA role with day/evening shifts in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Nursing Assistant Certification in the practicing state
- Knowledge of resident rights and privacy/dignity
- Current CPR (American Heart Association)
