Job Summary
Verify resident identity and record drug, dosage, and administration time. Present medication to residents, observe ingestion, and administer using specified procedures. Monitor vital signs, detect medication responses, and notify personnel of unexpected reactions. Record temperatures, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rates, and fluid intake/output as directed. Respond to signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to address resident needs. This PRN role supports our care teams dedicated to patient recovery.
Required Qualifications
- current, valid CNA certification in good standing
- current Medication Aide certification in good standing
