Job Summary
PRN Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Illuminus community St. Dominic Villa in Wisconsin. Role involves providing prescribed medical treatment under supervision, identifying and fulfilling residents' total nursing needs, including assessments, medication administration, documentation, and delivering person-centered care. Shifts include AM, PM, or NOC with 8-hour or 12-hour options; weekend shifts required. LPN pay $26.50-$32.00/hour and RN pay $35.50-$46.00/hour with shift differentials for PM/NOC. Requires Wisconsin LPN/RN license and active CPR; geriatrics experience and knowledge of state/federal regulations. Casual PRN team member expected to work six shifts per month (at least three on weekends) and participate in one summer and one winter holiday as available. Illuminus is a faith-based, not-for-profit senior living organization providing skilled nursing, rehab, and related services in the Midwest.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin
- Active CPR
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations
