Job Summary
PRN Caregiver in Mansfield, TX providing ADL assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing), mobility/transfers, medication reminders, meal planning and preparation, nutrition and hydration support, companionship, appointments accompaniment, and health monitoring. Document care and observations; training and ongoing professional development offered. Flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours with competitive hourly wages and benefits including health options. Requires compassionate, reliable individuals able to follow individualized care plans and work collaboratively with a care team. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team
