Job Summary
Caregiver providing personal care and assistance with ADLs (bathing, grooming, dressing), mobility transfers, medication reminders, meal planning and preparation, hydration, companionship, and health monitoring for clients in Mansfield, TX. Roles include accompanying clients to appointments, documenting care provided, and supporting ongoing client relationships on flexible weekend shifts (9am–9pm; Saturdays and Sundays) with 4–12 hour opportunities; requires strong communication, teamwork, and adherence to care plans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team
