Job Summary
PRN Caregiver for in-home client in Las Cruces, NM. Provide one-on-one support with daily living activities, meals, ADLs, mobility assistance, and transportation to appointments or community activities. Follow individualized care plans and delegated instructions, document changes in client condition, and maintain a safe, organized home environment. Requires compassionate, dependable care, good communication, and reliable transportation. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Morning availability preferred; PRN/as-needed scheduling with local driving responsibilities in Las Cruces.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Ability to follow delegation instructions accurately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have a current valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance required
- Must live in Las Cruces, NM or surrounding areas
