Job Summary
Provide companionship and ensure client safety while assisting with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene. Support meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, and appointments, then follow care plans and communicate with families and staff. Complete annual training requirements and maintain a driver's license for reliable transportation. Work as-needed shifts in Austin area service areas, including Allandale, Pflugerville, and Westlake, with flexible scheduling for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Mileage reimbursement and travel pay apply.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ year of caregiving experience in home care or facility
- Driver's license
- reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background checks
Desired Qualifications
- CNA, PCP, or HHA certification
- Bilingual
