Job Summary
Provide essential support as an on-call, PRN caregiver. Responsibilities include companionship and emotional support; assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility); meal preparation and light housekeeping; ensuring client safety, comfort, and dignity; and building positive relationships with clients and families. Opportunities are available for Caregivers, CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs for PRN and as-needed shifts with flexible scheduling. The role emphasizes working on an as-needed basis with structure and support, allowing you to choose shifts based on availability. Preferred qualifications include experience as a Caregiver/CNA/HHA/PCA, 18+ years old, reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, ability to pass a background check, and authorized work in the U.S.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA preferred; willing to train the right candidate
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Adaptable, dependable, and able to adjust to varying schedules
- Compassionate, professional, and attentive
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
