Job Summary
Provide compassionate caregiving and care-partner support to seniors in a licensed senior living setting. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, ensuring safety and comfort, effective communication with residents and staff, and contributing to a positive living environment. Must have state-required certifications, at least one year of experience with older adults, and be able to assist with mobility and lifting up to 50 pounds solo and 190 pounds with assistance or assistive devices. Required Qualifications
- Possesses applicable state certifications as required by state
- Minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices
