Job Summary
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents by assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and incontinence care. Monitor resident well-being, communicate changes to the care team, and maintain proper records of services provided including resident service plans. Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while supporting programming and operations. Approach all encounters with residents and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Work under the supervision of the Resident Services Director with daily communications to ensure continuity of care.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year related health care experience
- Successfully complete required dementia training (in any Community with an Ensemble Program)
- Positive Criminal Background Screening
- Adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy
Desired Qualifications
- Assisted Living experience
- Certification in CPR and first aid
- Licensed or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) in good standing with the state licensing or certifying agency
- Previous experience with computerized resident documentation systems
