Job Summary
Provide companionship and ensure client safety; assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and hygiene; support with meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands or appointments; follow care plans and communicate with families and staff; complete annual training requirements (12 hours); flexible PRN shifts in the Austin area.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ year of caregiving experience in home care or facility
- CNA, PCP, or HHA certification preferred
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass background checks
- Bilingual a plus
