PRN Cardiac Rehab Educator

Job Summary
RN Outpatient Cardiovascular Nurse in Cardiac Diagnostics and Cardiac Rehab: provides direct patient care, participates in an interdisciplinary team, conducts assessments, interprets data, administers IV medications, responds to emergencies following ACLS, develops and adjusts individualized exercise prescriptions and educational plans, leads education in 1:1 and group settings, collaborates with cardiologists and wellness programs, and adheres to ACSM/AACVPR guidelines and organizational models to support safe, quality care in the Cardiac Stress Lab and rehab settings.
Required Qualifications
- RN license (Georgia)
- Nursing degree – Masters degree required (per posting)
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience including clinical and management background
- Cardiac Diagnostics experience
- ACLS certification or ability to intervene per ACLS protocols
- Experience with outpatient cardiovascular nursing and cardiac rehab education
