Job Summary
PRN RN Outpatient Cardiovascular Nurse in Cardiac Rehab and Cardiac Diagnostics. Provides patient care across cardiac stress testing and rehab, develops individualized care plans, conducts assessments, educates patients and families, and coordinates with cardiology and rehab teams. Requires Masters degree, active RN license, and 5+ years nursing experience. Coordinates with interdisciplinary partners; uses ACLS-based protocols, ACSM/AACVPR guidelines, and maintains EMR documentation in Epic. Works in Grovetown, GA in a Cardiac Stress Lab/Cardiac Rehabilitation setting; duties include IV insertions, medication administration, telemetry monitoring, patient education, and safety protocols. Proficiency with Outlook, Word, SuccessFactors, and Epic EMR essential; strong communication and teamwork skills emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- RN license required
- Masters degree required
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience
- Cardiology/Cardiac rehab experience preferred
- License/Certification: RN (Georgia)
- Nursing education background (Associate/Diploma/Bachelor options acceptable)
