Job Summary
Conduct routine private-duty nursing support for clients in the North Port and Port Charlotte area, including medication compliance checks, vital sign monitoring, and condition observation. Document all visits accurately and communicate professionally with the office team while following the client's care plan and agency policies. Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality throughout short, independent visits. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida LPN or RN license in good standing
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Current hands-on CPR certification, or willingness to complete
- TB test, PPD, or lab work within the last 6 months, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
- Level 2 AHCA background screening, or willingness to complete
- Ability to work independently in a private home setting
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
Desired Qualifications
- Home care or private duty nursing experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
